ACADEMICS
We are proud to attain a particularly good pass rate throughout the school year after year. We are especially proud to have 100% pass rate for Gr. 12 subjects such as Mathematics, isiXhosa, Tourism, Life Orientation as well as above 90% for History, Math Literacy, Afrikaans, English, and Physical Science.
SPORTS
Swimming lessons, netball and more incredible sports activities are on offer. Our Fast Five Soccer tournaments are a massive hit with boys and girls, and our soccer teams continue to rule! These all offer a well-rounded experience for your child.
CULTURE
Our annual musicals are a must-see! Choir, chess, public speaking, movie afternoons and community outreach are just some of the activities which ensure learners are encouraged to engage with culture.
EVENTS
We hold several annual events from Matric Farewells, Leadership Camps, The Urban Cup, Musicals, & many more. There is an event for everyone to partake in and enjoy with fellow Urbanites.

E-Learning
Urban Academy is now also available FULLY ONLINE and as BLENDED LEARNING. By becoming part of our Urban Family students will have a dedicated Student Portal where all Assessments, Classwork, Homework, Progress Reports, and Communication takes place. This dedicated portal (Web & App) allows us at Urban Academy to bring our classrooms into your home & have direct contact with all educators and class members.
